This is a trailer for Vietnam 1989 by Martin Rickitt. It features the short-lived trams and trolleybuses of Hanoi, which were reached on one of the post-war rail excursions in Vietnam.
50 seconds in, it looks like the railway station in Hanoi. It's a pity they didn't continue with trams when I was there a few years ago, but if you want the Vietnamese tram experience, #82 in Footscray and #109 Victoria St, Richmond in Melbourne will have to do.
