Description
In the late afternoon of June 30, 2011, an illegally parked car caused a traffic jam on Nordstrasse in Düsseldorf. Fortunately, only 3 vehicles on lines 701 and 715 were stuck in the traffic jam, as the traffic was diverted early.
On September 22, 2011, a similar situation occurred at almost the same location.
