Postcard: Malmköping museum line with railcar 143 (1974)Postcard: Malmköping museum line with railcar 143 (1974)Nalle Remnelus -74 Malmköping Museum Tram Motorcar 143 from Stockholms Spårvägar, built in 1907. In connection with the electrification and expansion of the line network during the years 1900-10, approximately 200 new motorcars were acquired, including carriage 143. Originally, the carriage had open platforms, but over the years it has been built in, extended and modernized in various stages. Popular in the summer were the open trailers - the "summer verandas". After the war, they were taken out of service due to the risks of the increasing street traffic. Trams and buses - a part of our everyday life for a century. Take a ride and feel what it was like once upon a time! We show and tell. - Malmköping Museum Tram, Flen, Sörmland.By Henrik Boye, Nalle Remnelus, Svenska Spårvägssällskapet (SSS) - .
