In the years from 1931 to 1936, every other line 7 in the winter was extended to Brønshøj during the afternoon rush hour. From 1 November 1954 it was extended again to Brønshøj during the afternoon rush hour and later, from 17 October 1965, it ran all the way to Husum during the morning and evening rush hour.
