Copenhagen's most popular tram type was the bogie trams, designed by Ib Lunding. The first trams entered service as early as 1930. Lunding's elegant combination of platform and central entrance trams aroused great admiration among experts. Later, the trams were converted to permanent conductors and the original elegance was lost. Line 7 was converted to bus operation on 25 April 1971.By Henrik Boye, John Lundgren, Linde Apotek - .Copenhagen Tramway (KS)
