Kirnitschtalbahn (2025)On 08.06.2025, Pentecost Sunday, we visited the Kirnitschtalbahn. During the holiday weekend, in addition to the normal traffic Gotha trains, the company's three nostalgic trams were also in operation:
the Busch/SSW railcar with track number 9, manufactured in 1925, which previously also operated on the now-defunct Lokwitztalbahn,
the MAN railcar with track number 5/12, manufactured in 1928,
the railcar with track number 8, manufactured in 1938, which operated in Erfurt until 1967, and then on the Lokwitztalbahn until 1977.By Kocso84 - .
