The Danish Pharmacist is a state institution that is subject to public control. Pharmaceutical inspectors are constantly working to check the purity of the goods and the exact composition of the preparations. The drug prices, which are common to all the country's pharmacists, are prepared by the state. Consequently, they are determined in such a way that consideration is given to the public's interests as well as to the very high demands placed on the layout and operation of a modern pharmacy.By Henrik Boye, Ordrupsvejs Apotek - .
