Trams in Warsaw (1989)

Trams in Warsaw (1989)I had more fun watching this than I did watching any modern Polish film. 🙂 A treat for lovers of Warsaw, the history of urban transport, and old motoring. Even the trolleybuses cut. It's nice to look back on my childhood and realize how much some places—the Babka roundabout, Bemowo—have changed. I even learned something new: I remember the three-carriage 13N trains, but I had forgotten entirely that the 105s also ran so closely together. By the way, the passengers in this film must be having a blast. In the summer, those trams turned into stuffy ovens, especially during rush hour. 😆 I'd love to go back to those times for a while, although contrary to what some people here say, people weren't kinder to each other back then than they are now, and comparing living standards is a waste of time. I'd love to see my mom and grandparents again.By tramofil11 - .
