The railcar was built by Rathgeber in 1946 on the undercarriage of a war-damaged E-series railcar (built in 1925/26) and decommissioned in 1968.By Wolfgang Meier - July 26, 1961.

Box 15 14 21, 80048 Munich Motor car 673 (Type G 1.8) on July 25, 1961, at the Universität stop heading towards Nordfriedhof. The motor car was built in 1943 at the Neuaubing depot on the undercarriage of a war-damaged Class E motor car (built in 1925/26) and served as a station car from 1964 until its decommissioning in 1973.
