TEC BN-tram Charleroi in H0 - 4-3-2-1: The Metro splits into 4 (2021)In 2012, a few TEC trams in the NMVB orange livery were still running in Charleroi. After the opening of new pre-metro sections, these trams were covered with advertising for the 'new' metro network.
This model was actually the first 3D BN I made, but the paint job was a terrible failure, and the hoods were damaged during the finishing process. After several improved and more detailed versions (the NMVB, TEC, and Kusttram models), I decided to strip and restore these failed hoods. Because the Métro advertising gave them a beautiful and fresh appearance in real life, I created this version. According to the line film, this tram model runs to the new Soleilmont terminus, which opened in 2012.
The jewel on the roof is from SkipTram/Vincent Ertel. I now see that the articulation is still a bit too high. We'll adjust that later.By Joury Smets - .
