Denver Trolley Colorado
By: Denver Tramway Heritage Society.
Language: English.

"Denver once had a vast electric rail system with over 400 miles of urban track and 64 miles of high-speed rail connecting Denver to Golden and Boulder. Thousands used it for downtown shopping, commuting, seeing friends, and recreation. All streetcar operations were abandoned in 1950 as automobiles and buses became dominant. The Denver Trolley is a preserved piece of this history, restored for public enjoyment."
