Manchester Metrolink - The T68 Farewell Tour (2014)T68s no. 1007 'East Lancashire Railway' and 1016 (which was named 'Farewell T68' for this occasion) were operating a charity farewell tour on the Manchester Metrolink. All proceeds are going to the Christie and Francis House Hospice. They were operating from Piccadilly to Eccles, Bury, Altrincham, and back to Piccadilly. The tour was seen at Shudehill (Empty Coaching Stock from Queen's Road Depot to Piccadilly), Cornbrook, Broadway, MediaCityUK, Queen's Road tram stop, Old Trafford, and Piccadilly (Empty Coaching Stock from Piccadilly to Queen's Road Depot). This video also features pictures of now-withdrawn T68s and T68As on the scrap lines at Trafford Depot and in 2003 at Queen's Road.
