San Francisco Cable Car - Complete Ride on Powell-Hyde line (2014) A complete journey on the scenic Powell-Hyde cable car line in San Francisco, filmed from the front of the running board. Starting at the Powell Street turnaround at Market St, the cable car travels through the heart of the city as it climbs and descends Nob Hill and Russian Hill on its way to Fisherman's Wharf.
Highlights include passing through Union Square, the crooked Lombard Street, and enjoying a great view of Alcatraz in the Bay, accompanied by the sound of a fun and vocal crowd on board.
