Odense Light Rail Stadler Variobahn, first test run (2020)The first test run on the Odense Letbane line along Hestehaven in the southern outskirts of Odense took place on 21 April 2020. The press and many employees attended. The speed was very low to check that everything fit. Odense Light Rail Part 3 (2023)Odense Light Rail is a light rail system in Odense, Denmark. The first phase opened on 28 May 2022. The tramway starts in Tarup, in the northwestern part of Odense, and travels via the central train station, the University of Southern Denmark, and the new hospital before reaching its final destination in Hjallese, in the southernmost part of the city.
