Greater Copenhagen Light Rail in Operational Simulation (2/3) - Glostrup to Brøndbyvester (2025)

It's not long now until the Greater Copenhagen Light Rail opens its first phase, between Rødovre Nord and Ishøj St. In the lead-up to the Light Rail's approval, an operational simulation will be carried out to test the entire system. I will try to document these runs, from Rødovre to Ishøj.

In this second episode, we take a closer look at the future traffic hub—and, likely, the largest station on the Light Rail network: Glostrup Station. The station is a Rebroussement station, where trains can only enter from one track, making it a good spot to observe the light rail. We wrap up the video in Brøndbyvester, where the light rail intersects with the Køge Bugt Motorway and the new High-Speed Rail.
