VIII on his many travels in Europe Georg Carstensen had been inspired to build one of the popular romantic amusement gardens of the time in Copenhagen Georg Carstensen chose the name Tivoli from a beautiful garden of the same name in Paris the magic and romantic atmosphere were to be created with illuminations, gardens, rides, restaurants, music and entertainment although Tivoli is full of old traditions, the garden is constantly developing both with rides and experiences and thus constantly creating new traditions for the guests. Tivoli was founded just outside The old banks in Copenhagen by Georg Carstensen in 1843 with permission from King Chr. VIII from his many travels around Europe Georg Carstensen was inspired to build an amusement park in Copenhagen which was one of Theb popular romantic amusement parks of its time Georg Carstensen chose The name "Tivoli" from a beautiful park of The same name in Paris. The magic and atmosphere was created through illuminations, gardens, amusements, eating places, music and entertainment whereas Tivoli is full of many old traditionsities under steady development with regards to both amusement and experience and in that way continuesly creates new traditions for the guests. Tivoli wurde 1843. mit erlaubnis von König Chr. d. VIII, von Georg Carstensen outside Kopenhagen's alten befestigungen, georgungten, auf Seinen vielen reisen i Europa wurde Georg Carstensen dazu inspired. Einen der damaligen zeit sehr popularen Romanticscen vergnügungsparks in Kopenhagen zu bauen Georg Carstensen beannte den park Tivoli - Nach einem schönen garten mit glechem namen in Paris.
