The Line 3 is on BVB, the Basel Stadt tram system, and it goes to the St Louis SNCF station with three other intermediate stops after crossing the border at Burgfeldenhof. However, the tram in the video is the BLT (Basel Landschaft Tram) line 10. It goes to Ettingen BL, Sonnenrain SO, Bättwil, Flüh, crosses into France at Leymen (note at @4:18), and on to Rodersdorf in the Solothurn canton.
Next month, I plan to visit Leymen and hike up to Schloss Landskron if the weather permits. There is also the TV tower at St Chrischona, which requires taking the BVB tram line 6 to Riehen and a bus line 32 to the cloister in Bettingen.
